SoTalent is focused on building a best-in-class Learning & Development function, and they are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to partner with HR and business leaders. This role involves managing learning operations, LMS administration, and contributing to global talent initiatives.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Support implementation and continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems, and communications

Act as LMS subject matter expert, managing administration, governance, training rollouts, and issue resolution

Partner with HR Digital Solutions, IT, and Shared Services on system updates and change management

Support L&D technology platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Metrics That Matter), including vendor and license management

Coordinate global learning initiatives, tracking implementation, engagement, and outcomes

Assist with vendor relationships, contracts, and vendor-led programs

Partner with People Analytics to maintain dashboards, reports, and learning KPIs

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share learning best practices
