Responsibilities
Personality Audits: Review AI conversations to ensure the 'voice' of the AI matches the brand it represents
Edge Case Testing: Identify 'weird' or robotic behaviors in the AI and document why they happened
Bias Detection: Help us ensure our AI remains neutral, fair, and inclusive in its responses
Tone Tuning: Suggest subtle linguistic changes to help the AI sound more empathetic during stressful customer interactions
Qualification
Required
