Responsibilities
Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and brand activations
Engage directly with event attendees to share information, answer questions, and convey the campaign's value
Drive customer interest and sales by clearly explaining products, promotions, or participation opportunities
Build authentic conversations that increase awareness for the brand and campaign goals
Help capture leads or sales directly at events
Work closely with the team to deliver professional, high-impact interactions that reflect Markato values
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — confident speaking with diverse audiences
Comfortable engaging people in direct, face-to-face interactions throughout an event
A willingness to learn and grow in sales and event execution
Positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first approach
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as event schedules require
