Participate in projects or process improvements to drive operational excellence
Qualification
Required
1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
Computer experience
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
