Responsibilities
Work closely with experienced lawyers in their highly-regarded landlord & tenant litigation practice in New York City
Participate in matters generated through the firm's wider network
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Real Estate litigation experience, preferably in NYC based Landlord & Tenant court appearances
Experience in drafting pleadings in plenary actions for breach of contract/lease
Experience providing day to day legal advice and counsel to real estate operations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
