Responsibilities

Identify and develop new referral relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for referrals and business growth
Conduct market research and develop outreach strategies to increase awareness of our services
Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients
Attend networking events, conferences, and community engagements to represent and promote [Your Company Name]
Deliver presentations and provide education to referral sources about our services and the benefits of home health care
Regularly report on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market trends

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
