Inspector I
Therm-x of California is the leading manufacturer for Advanced Temperature and Control Systems for Hi-Technology industries. The Quality Control Inspector will perform basic visual inspection using devices and record inspection data, as well as conduct incoming inspections of parts and support the machine shop QA function.

Perform in-process and final inspections for mechanical as well as assembly parts
Support machine shop QA function
Read product drawings and specifications
Utilize MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel & Access
Work with quality and production personnel
Qualification
Required
Perform in-process and final inspections for mechanical as well as assembly parts

Utilize MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel & Access
Work with quality and production personnel
Use basic mechanical hand tools such as Caliper and micrometer and torque screw drivers
Use electrical devices such as Digital Multi-Meters, Ohmmeters
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel & Access Data Base and outlook
Read and interpret Blue Prints
Intermediate math skills
Basic understanding of GD &T
Basic CMM operation experience
Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
