Responsibilities
Analyse and evaluate TMT investment opportunities through detailed financial modelling and valuation
Prepare investment memos and presentation materials to support internal decision-making
Support due diligence processes, including coordination with advisors and third-party consultants
Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends, sharing insights with the wider team
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills, developed at a leading bulge bracket or Tier 1 investment bank
1+ years' experience working on corporate finance and M&A transactions. TMT sector exposure preferred, though generalist or other sector experience will be considered if accompanied by a strong interest in technology and software
Must be highly motivated, driven, and hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic
High quality education, graduated from a leading university (Bachelor's degree at a minimum)
Relevant professional financial qualification (CFA, RICS, Chartered Accountant)
