Responsibilities
Lead field operations across large-scale water and wastewater projects
Serve as the senior field leader for the division, setting standards for safety, quality, productivity, and execution
Build, mentor, and develop Superintendents and field leadership teams
Partner closely with Operations, PMs, Estimating, and Executive Leadership
Support work planning, staffing, scheduling, and constructability
Play a key role in market growth, client relationships, and long-term strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years in a Managing Superintendent / Lead Superintendent / General Superintendent role
Extensive experience delivering water & wastewater projects valued $10M–$500M+
Strong background in treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and municipal infrastructure
Proven ability to lead teams, scale operations, and build culture
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a growth-oriented environment
