Operations Manager
Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead field and shop operations with precision. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, optimizing workflows, managing equipment and materials, and acting as the key link between leadership and jobsite execution.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate crews for daily and weekly jobs
Monitor job progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
Provide guidance and support to crew leaders and laborers
Ensure efficient use and proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles
Manage inventory and coordinate timely material procurement
Implement systems to improve jobsite flow and reduce downtime
Resolve on-site issues effectively using available resources
Maintain adherence to company policies and client requirements
Use digital tracking systems to log job activity and maintain accurate records
Act as the liaison between field crews and senior management
Communicate expectations, updates, and changes clearly
Promote a collaborative, positive work environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in operations, landscaping, or construction leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and high-volume schedules
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Familiarity with landscaping equipment and best practices
Proficiency with digital tracking and scheduling software
Valid driver's license
Preferred
High school diploma or GED
