Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects
Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary
Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding and maintenance of existing client accounts
Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems
Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities
Stay current with all RBC Policies & Procedures
Provide support on assigned projects, conducting research, and sharing information with the team
Answering basic inquiries and resolving routine problems regarding products and services via calls, email, or internet chat
Ensure trades are processed accurately and on a timely basis
Manage all aspects of account opening and documentation and maintain client cash flows and balances

Required

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures
Familiarity with Salesforce
Interest in the Canadian investment landscape
