Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with employment labor laws
Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Oversee employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
Design and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Utilize HR software systems such as ADP for efficient data management and reporting
Conduct regular assessments of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs, performance issues, and employee relations matters
Prepare and manage budgets related to HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Required

Proven experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of employment labor law

Proficiency in HR software systems, particularly Paylocity and Ceridian
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
