The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand the client base.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on generating and pursuing qualified leads
Lead, mentor, motivate and build a team of inside sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in lead generation and conversion
Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless approach to lead generation and nurturing
Develop business opportunities with referral/revenue share partners to drive leads to Sales team
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency in lead conversion and overall sales process
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation and revenue growth
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue projections
Purchase, set up and maintain performance with a sales tech stake
Develop new reporting dashboards or programmatic changes within Salesforce as needed with a revenue operations partner
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
