Responsibilities
Define and execute a bold, market-leading sales strategy that accelerates adoption of category-defining AI cyber security solutions
Build, inspire, and scale a world-class enterprise sales organisation with a high-performance culture
Design and optimise best-in-class sales playbooks, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive consistent overachievement
Personally lead major deals, unlock strategic partnerships, and dominate pipeline creation across the cyber security ecosystem
Partner closely with the executive team and a proven global top performer to turn breakthrough AI technology into market success
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience thriving in early-stage or hyper-growth cyber security startups, with the evidence to back it up
A strong track record of scaling ARR from $5–10M to $20–30M+ through disciplined execution and ambition
Exceptional people leadership, with proven success hiring, developing, and inspiring high-calibre enterprise sales talent
Deep expertise in enterprise cyber security sales and go-to-market strategy, with a sharp instinct for what truly wins deals
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred
Domain experience in application security is a significant advantage and a fast track to outsized impact
