Lead and mentor a team of high-caliber engineers, fostering both technical excellence and professional growth
Develop and communicate technical vision and long-term roadmap strategy for the organization
Foster strong partnerships with internal cross-functional spanning hardware and software engineering functions, and externally with vendors and academic institutions
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
3+ years managing managers, 5+ years managing technical teams
Demonstrated deep understanding in one or more of the following technical domains: CPU architecture (x86/ARM), Memory Technologies, Power Management, Storage, CXL, Workload analysis and Benchmarking, and HW-SW codesign
Experience with recruiting, building, structuring and leading technical organizations, including performance management
Proven communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred
PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong track record of publication in top-tier architecture and systems conferences
Hands-on technical experience with large scale infrastructure and distributed systems
