Responsibilities
Act as a hands-on expert to resolve high-priority issues
Suggest and implement process and performance improvements
Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues and business processes
Support application release and deployment activities
Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed
Perform ticket and issue triage in production environments
Generate ad-hoc data reports for business needs
Identify the root cause of issues in code and databases
Perform break-fix activities in code and databases
Collaborate with application developers and support teams
Ensure timely resolution of priority issues
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience with mainframe or ETL-based applications
5 years of experience with batch processing using scripting languages
5 years of experience with databases like SQL-based systems
2 years of experience with ETL tools and Unix systems
2 years of experience with monitoring tools
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with consumer banking or deposit applications
