Responsibilities
Managing and troubleshooting Automated Meter Reading endpoint installations, including programming and operating wireless meter endpoints
Exceeding customer expectations in reporting requirements and quality control of installations
Building and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and leadership
Solving problems and making connections to maintain and improve superior customer service
Qualification
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from job sites, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record
Ability to operate basic hand tools
Experience working with gas utilities or related field
Experience with Operator Qualification training and certification
