Human Resources Coordinator
Trade-Wind Manufacturing, a Middleby company, is a premier manufacturer of innovative residential ventilation products. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations and provide administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions.

Responsibilities
Process and manage payroll accurately and on time
Maintain payroll records, timekeeping data, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate coordination
Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records
Assist in administering company policies, HR reporting, and compliance initiatives
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training logistics
Partner with managers to ensure consistency in employee communication and recordkeeping
Qualification
Required
Payroll experience required
Previous HR experience supporting multiple functions (recruiting, benefits, onboarding, etc.)
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
Attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
