Manage day-to-day operations of multiple hotels within the cluster
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across properties
Ensure high standards of guest experience and service quality
Monitor and improve operational KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP)
Lead, mentor, and review performance of Property GMs and key managers
Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements
Coordinate with sales, revenue management, and corporate teams
Handle escalated guest issues and operational challenges
Support new hotel openings and stabilization within the cluster
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel operations leader
Strong knowledge of hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office)
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience managing multiple properties
