Global Vice President of Sales - Spinal Orthopaedics
Responsibilities
End-to-end global sales strategy across spinal orthopaedics
Build and scale a high-performing direct sales organisation
Recruit, develop, and lead regional sales leaders and reps
Drive surgeon adoption, account penetration, and procedural pull-through
Define territories, quotas, pricing frameworks, and compensation plans
Establish sales cadence, metrics, and forecasting discipline
Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Operations
Represent commercial strategy at board and investor level
Qualification
Required
Senior commercial leadership experience in spinal orthopaedics
Trained in structured, high-performance sales environments
Proven success scaling revenue and teams in growth-stage MedTech
Deep understanding of surgeon-led selling and hospital systems
Experience launching new technologies or expanding portfolios
Comfortable being hands-on early, then building leaders beneath you
Commercially sharp, data-driven, and culturally strong
