Responsibilities
Lead and expand the firm’s matrimonial dissolution valuation, litigation, and forensic investigations offering
Deliver complex business and asset valuations in the context of matrimonial dissolution proceedings
Lead forensic investigations, including asset tracing, hidden wealth analysis, income manipulation, and lifestyle reviews
Act as an expert witness, including preparation of reports and court appearances
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with family law firms, barristers, and private clients
Mentor and develop senior and junior team members
Drive business development, thought leadership, and external profile within the family law market
Qualification
Required
Senior valuation, forensic accounting, or disputes professional operating at Director, Partner, or Managing Director level
Significant experience in litigation support and forensic investigations, particularly within matrimonial dissolution
Strong track record of preparing expert witness reports and providing oral evidence
Experience leading complex forensic investigations and managing sensitive client matters
Established relationships within the family law community highly desirable
CPA, CFE, ASA, CVA, or similar professional license or credential
Preferred
Existing book of business or demonstrated history of revenue generation
