Responsibilities
Designing for manufacturability and partnering with stakeholders to create solutions
Developing and improving production processes and tooling for bearing assemblies
Producing and releasing detailed manufacturing plans and work instructions from 2D and 3D sources
Managing task execution and programme timelines to ensure on time delivery
Leading capital equipment acquisition activities including specification and installation
Qualification
Required
Strong technical and computer skills including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office
Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings with strong tolerancing knowledge
Experience completing capital justification and ROI analysis
Excellent problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
High attention to detail supported by experience in manufacturing engineering
