Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or greater in Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Human Resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to make informed and timely decisions
Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective negotiation skills to manage contracts, partnerships, and conflict resolution
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients

Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP systems
