Required

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage remote work effectively
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred
Interest in technology, AI, and small business operations is a plus
