Responsibilities
Own and support the SAP landscape, providing day-to-day break/fix support and minor enhancements
Lead configuration, light development, and ongoing optimization of SAP platforms
Own and drive SAP upgrades and enhancements
Act as the primary IT partner to business stakeholders, translating requirements into SAP solutions
Manage and oversee third-party vendors for larger SAP initiatives and implementations
Ensure SAP best practices, stability, and long-term scalability
Qualification
Required
Lead-level, hands-on SAP experience in enterprise environments
Strong functional and technical experience across: SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Employee Central & Payroll, Workforce Management
Experience supporting and enhancing live SAP environments, not just project implementations
Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution
Strong business-facing and communication skills
Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
Comfortable owning an environment end-to-end, from daily support to major initiatives
Experience working alongside system integrators and managing vendor relationships
