Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities

Own and execute the full-funnel demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and ARR growth
Build and deploy integrated campaigns across paid digital, email, social, SEO/SEM, ABM, events, and content syndication
Continuously improve conversion performance through experimentation and ongoing A/B testing
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on lead quality and accelerate revenue
Build and manage reporting dashboards to track channel ROI, specialty campaign performance, and revenue impact
Develop new campaign frameworks, scalable growth playbooks, and nurture journeys to solve evolving market challenges
Exercise final authority on daily channel activations, segmentation logic, and tactical budget allocation to optimize cost efficiency

Qualification

Required

4+ years of professional B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, Healthcare Tech, or MedTech
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration)
Proven ability to build segment-specific GTM strategies, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo) and BI reporting platforms
Strong track record of partnering with Sales to impact pipeline creation and using data to drive ROI measurement
Ability to synthesize complex analytics and market signals into actionable recommendations for leadership

Preferred

Preferred understanding of specialty healthcare provider market dynamics and ABM motions for multi-stakeholder buying journeys
Experience building demand strategies in scaling, hypergrowth, or PE-backed environments is a plus
