Responsibilities

Assisting attorneys with Master Hearings and Individual Hearings
Preparing prehearing briefs, legal memoranda and briefs
Interviewing clients and drafting affidavits
Reviewing immigration forms with clients
Assisting with case summaries to be submitted to USCIS for waiver cases

Qualification

Required

Completed first year of law school
Interested in immigration law
