Conduct original quantitative research to identify and develop trading signals and strategies

Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques

Build, test, and refine models used in live trading environments

Collaborate with traders, researchers, and technologists to translate research into production

Present research findings clearly and rigorously to the wider team

Required

Strong programming skills in Python (required)

Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra

Demonstrated ability to conduct independent, high-quality research
