Responsibilities
Set up and maintain subcontract orders and purchase orders
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense claims and credit card transactions
Process building and construction claims with precision
Assist in preparing funding requests for active projects
Partner with Development Analysts and Finance Managers to produce accurate, up to date job cost reports
Monitor development expenditure trends and highlight risks or opportunities
Serve as the go to support for JDE related queries across the Development team
Complete project accruals and reconciliations
Prepare accurate financial information for internal and external audit reviews
Collaborate closely with reporting, finance operations, and development leadership to ensure financial transparency across all projects
Qualification
Required
Proven experience raising purchase orders
Handson experience processing invoices, including construction claims
Solid understanding of financial and management accounting processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as JDE is highly desirable
