Responsibilities
Manage full BAS project delivery: scope development, submittals, scheduling, procurement, installation oversight
Coordinate engineers, programmers, commissioning teams, and subcontractors
Oversee cost control, change management, progress tracking, and risk mitigation
Serve as primary technical + commercial contact for clients
Ensure compliance with specifications, QA/QC processes, and industry standards
Drive preparation of as‑builts, commissioning documentation, and turnover packages
Qualification
Required
Project management experience in building automation, HVAC controls, MEP, or a similar technical environment
Solid understanding of BAS platforms (JCI, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
Preferred
Engineering background or PMP certification is a plus, but not required
