Required

Strong, hands-on Flutter/Dart experience
Proven experience shipping and maintaining real Flutter apps
Comfort with state management (Provider or similar), async programming, widget composition, and Git
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and spoken English
Reliable, low-ego, collaborative working style

Preferred

Firebase experience
Backend familiarity (APIs, Node, etc.)
Experience maintaining live production applications
