Responsibilities
Manage customer support tickets via Zendesk, primarily email-based
Handle post-sale inquiries, including:
Order cancellations
Returns and exchanges
Shipping and delivery issues
Order and package-related questions
Respond to customer inquiries within a 48-hour resolution window
Use translation tools (AI-assisted where needed) to support international customers
Maintain a calm, professional tone aligned with a premium fashion brand
Follow documented workflows, policies, and escalation processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders during onboarding and nesting
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in e-commerce customer support (fashion preferred)
Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
Strong written English communication skills
Comfortable handling high ticket volumes with attention to detail
Experience supporting returns, exchanges, and logistics-related issues
Ability to learn brand tone, policies, and product catalogs quickly
Preferred
Experience supporting international customers
Familiarity with translation tools or multilingual support environments
Experience working during after-hours or weekend shifts
