Responsibilities

Work with project managers and their teams, who are distributed throughout the organization and divisions

Responsible for data entry, data analysis and report generation activities as part of the overall project planning and schedule control routines

Independently lead/conduct small planning and Control Sessions with full engagement with the project manager and team while paying close attention to detail

Support other corporate project functions, analyses, and infrastructure enhancements

Provide support in a corporate project office setting, performing routine functions, understanding project management office processes and models, and maintaining office documents and material

Provide support and assistance in corporate applications used by the Program Management Office

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions

Primavera P6MS ProjectAdvanced ExcelTableauAnalytical skillsResource managementLife cycle processesCross-functional teamwork

Required

Experience in MS Project or P6 Primavera – scheduling, maintaining, creating, baselining, etc. for projects in flight

Experience in semiconductor industry or related fields a plus

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiples level in an organization

Individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently

Knowledge in BI, resource management, life cycle processes, etc. a plus

Experience with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau

A bachelor's degree or relevant experience as project team lead, facilitator, or coordinator 0-2 years of experience

Preferred

Prefer new grads / early career candidates

The only other option would be someone experienced with the Primavera P6 Oracle tool, essentially a plug and play
