Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain both internal tools and consumer-facing software products
Drive development on AI/ML integrations — from LLM-powered apps to workflow automation
Architect full-stack applications (web, mobile, backend, APIs, databases) with scalability and maintainability in mind
Create products with User Experiences that are delightful and sensible to use
Develop and launch mobile applications alongside web products
Collaborate with the Lead Engineer, CEO, and Commercial Manager to deliver on product roadmaps
Prioritize speed of iteration while ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, code quality and superior UX
Mentor junior engineers or contractors as the team expands
Document designs, architecture, code, systems and processes to ensure smooth handoffs, knowledge transfers and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong full-stack engineering background (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models, APIs, or frameworks (Vercel AI-SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Proven track record of rapidly building and launching production-ready software products
Experience developing mobile applications with React Native (iOS & Android) in production
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, Convex, Supabase, Neon, etc)
Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred,) and/or mobile frameworks (React Native preferred.)
Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging tools - AI or otherwise - quickly
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment
English (Native or bilingual proficiency) (Required)

SaaS development experience
Prompt engineering expertise
PHP experience
Experience with automation tools like AutoGPT, N8N, or similar systems
