Responsibilities

Own the go-to-market motion end to end - from first touch to closed revenue
Work directly with customers to uncover friction in sales, onboarding, and operations
Translate customer pain into repeatable GTM workflows and systems
Partner closely with product and engineering to shape what gets built (and why)
Run experiments across sales, growth, and distribution - then double down on what works
Instrument and improve funnels, conversion, retention, and expansion

Required
