Drive power distribution, backup power, grounding, and life-safety system strategies
Coordinate directly with clients, architects, and engineering partners
Oversee design quality and mentor junior engineers and designers
Influence standards, best practices, and technical direction across projects
Support projects from early concept through construction and commissioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
8+ years of electrical engineering design experience (AEC / consulting preferred)
Strong command of electrical power systems and applicable codes
Proven ability to take ownership and deliver under tight schedules
Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment
