Account Manager
Responsibilities
Managing client accounts
Fostering strong client relationships
Ensuring the flawless administration of employee benefit programs
Assisting with benefit plan design
Overseeing compliance requirements
Conducting employee benefit education and communication sessions
Negotiating rates with providers
Handling client inquiries
Providing proactive solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience in client account management and relationship building
Knowledge of employee benefits, benefit plan design, and compliance requirements
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations
Experience with insurance industry practices and regulations is a plus
Proficiency in using technology and software tools for account management and communication
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
