Support the store team with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks as required
Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times
Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude
Contribute to achieving store sales targets through confident customer interactions and efficient task execution
Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards
Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations
Take initiative and ownership on shift, stepping up where needed to support store performance and presentation
Qualification
Required
Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering standout customer experience
Confident communicator with great people skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role is ideal
