Metasys Technologies is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their SMA Client Service team. The role involves partnering with various departments to provide a best-in-class service experience, focusing on account setup, operational support, and client communication.

Responsibilities

New account setup; process change requests, cash raises, withdrawals, and do-not-transact updates across RIA and BD clients
Provide operational support and data entry for onboarding and ongoing account activity
Monitor platforms for additional or missing paperwork and follow up as needed
Review and resolve reconciliation items (delinked accounts, negative cash, new accounts)
Generate custodian paperwork and contact custodians for service-related matters
Support client communication via team email, primarily internal, delivering white-glove service
Maintain and update client information in CRM (Salesforce)
Work with client types including retail/direct investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors

Required

Experience in a financial services, RIA, or Broker Dealer environment
Strong operational focus with proven attention to detail (critical)
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume, transactional and administrative workloads
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure items do not fall through the cracks
