Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy IAM solutions, including identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication/authorization mechanisms
Platform Management: Maintain core IAM components, often involving Active Directory, CyberArk (for Privileged Access), PingID (for MFA), and related infrastructure like DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server
Automation: Use scripting (PowerShell) and tools to automate identity lifecycle processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, audit requirements, and privacy regulations
Incident Response: Handle security incidents related to access management using ITSM platforms (like ServiceNow)
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with application owners, developers, and business users to guide them on IAM standards and best practices
