Responsibilities
Represent injured plaintiffs in complex mass tort and product liability litigation
Participate in federal and state MDL proceedings and coordinated actions
Draft and argue motions in high-stakes Litigation – Mass Torts – Plaintiffs matters
Conduct depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts
Manage discovery strategy across large multi-plaintiff dockets
Work closely with medical and scientific experts to build liability and causation
Assist in bellwether trial preparation and national litigation strategy
Evaluate claims involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and toxic exposure
Collaborate with co-counsel and national plaintiffs’ steering committees
Handle client communications and high-volume case management
Qualification
Required
1–10+ years of Litigation – Mass Torts – Plaintiffs Attorney experience
Background in product liability, toxic torts, or plaintiff-side complex litigation
Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
Ability to analyze medical and scientific evidence
JD from an accredited law school
Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Preferred
Experience in MDL or consolidated proceedings strongly preferred
