Creative/Marketing - Producer

Scalence L.L.C. is currently seeking a Creative/Marketing - Events Producer for a contract role. The role involves managing events with a focus on storytelling through space and design, while ensuring multiple projects are handled efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience managing events, with a strong portfolio of experiential or brand-focused events
A passion for storytelling through space, interaction, and sensory design
Strong visual sensibility, understanding of brand aesthetics, and cultural relevance
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under fast moving tight deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in event software and tools such as Airtable, Client Suite, and creative collaboration platforms like Figma and Miro
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event production windows
Preferred: Background in creative agencies, brand experience studios, or lifestyle/consumer brands
Familiarity with production design, scenic builds, and spatial planning
Experience working with creative directors, designers, and brand teams to bring immersive ideas to life
Understanding of social media amplification strategies tied to live experiences
