Accurately enter customer orders into the companys order management system

Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability

Verify customer and shipping information to prevent errors or delays

Communicate with internal teams regarding order status, changes, or issues

Maintain organized and up-to-date order records

Identify and correct discrepancies in orders or documentation

Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and status updates as needed

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality standards

Provide administrative support related to order processing
