Responsibilities

Assist in designing and testing prototype chromatography products
Execute laboratory experiments using modern techniques and procedures
Develop materials, devices, and methods to meet cost and performance targets
Analyze, document, and summarize experimental results
Present findings through written reports and technical presentations
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams
Follow all EHS safety regulations and PPE requirements
Actively seek and incorporate feedback from R&D peers

Required

Bachelor's degree in: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related applied science
Hands-on laboratory experience (academic or industry)
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced lab environment
Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Prior exposure to or experience with chromatography systems
Internship, co-op, or research project experience in bioprocessing or downstream applications
