Just Got 2 Have It! is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Management Associate to support the accurate maintenance, organization, and security of company records. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficient access to information across departments.

Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital records

Ensure records are accurately filed, indexed, and easily retrievable

Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies

Assist with data entry, document scanning, and record digitization

Manage record retention schedules and disposal procedures

Protect confidential and sensitive information at all times

Respond to internal requests for records and documentation

Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information

Support audits and internal reviews as required

Maintain compliance with data privacy and information security standards
