Responsibilities
Draft and review prompts involving legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, case analysis, and procedural workflows
Evaluate and revise AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, clarity, and professional alignment
Create prompt variants based on style, instruction-following, and user personas (e.g., legal professional vs. layperson)
Identify examples that expose weaknesses in model reasoning or legal content handling
Collaborate asynchronously with research coordination teams to refine outputs
Contribute to long-term supervised fine-tuning dataset development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree
Strong experience in legal practice, academia, or research
Expertise in one or more areas such as constitutional law, contracts, criminal procedure, or administrative law
Exceptional analytical writing skills and strong understanding of legal argument structure
Preferred
Experience in legal education or content development
