Hybrid Hospitalist/Laborist model

Highly trained nurses
Neonatologist in level 1B nursery
Inhouse Anesthesia
Strong collaboration with Gynecology, General Surgery and Hospitalists
Qualification
Required
MD degree in Obstetrics/Gynecology
Board certification in Obstetrics/Gynecology
Ability to perform surgeries and deliveries
Commitment to collaborative care
Willingness to work in a hybrid Hospitalist/Laborist model
Mentorship for early career physicians
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse patient population
Commitment to patient care and safety
Vaccination against influenza as a condition of employment
