Mid, Senior LevelKAYGEN is an emerging leader in providing top talent for technology-based staffing services, and they are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Solutions Specialist for SAP CAMS to PLM Migration. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the migration of planning processes from SAP CAMS to a Product Lifecycle Management platform, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct requirements assessment and gap analysis to define migration needs
Document current SAP CAMS planning processes and map them to PLM capabilities
Develop migration strategies, blueprints, and technical specifications
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business users to design scalable PLM solutions
Perform data validation, integration testing, and connector/interface validation
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide Hypercare assistance post‐deployment
Deliver training and update documentation to reflect new PLM processes
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security protocols, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience migrating planning processes from SAP CAMS to PLM systems
Strong knowledge of SAP CAMS functionality and PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, PTC Windchill, or equivalent)
Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design
Familiarity with data validation, testing methodologies, and UAT facilitation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in cross‐functional teams and manage complex migration projects
