Credit Analyst I

Conducting thorough financial analyses of existing and prospective commercial clients
Prepares detailed credit presentations for lenders, including recommended actions
Ensures all work complies with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Working knowledge of accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, and risk analysis
Skilled in technical report writing
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to customer locations required)
Consistent demonstration of NBC core values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability

Helpful: basic understanding of commercial, real estate, and construction loan processes
