Responsibilities

Own the agentic LLM stack end-to-end — from prototype to production
Fine-tune, distill, and optimize code-centric LLMs for accuracy, latency, and cost
Build multi-tool agents that orchestrate compilers, linters, retrieval, and internal APIs
Create datasets, evals, and active-learning loops for bug-fixing and refactoring tasks
Optimize inference and deploy reliable, observable LLM services
Collaborate closely with compiler and platform engineers to ship fast

Required

Experience in building AI systems that can read and reason about software
Proficiency in machine learning, particularly with large language models (LLMs)
Experience with compiler science and graph machine learning
Ability to fine-tune, distill, and optimize code-centric LLMs for accuracy, latency, and cost
Experience in building multi-tool agents that orchestrate compilers, linters, retrieval, and internal APIs
Ability to create datasets, evaluations, and active-learning loops for bug-fixing and refactoring tasks
Experience in optimizing inference and deploying reliable, observable LLM services
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with compiler and platform engineers
